Bio

Pablo Sanguinetti is an Argentine pianist, composer, arranger and educator whose work moves fluidly between tango, jazz, contemporary music and contemplative sound exploration.

Born in Buenos Aires, he began his musical journey at the age of five with the guitar and discovered his lifelong connection to the piano at eleven. He studied with distinguished teachers including Olga Botaro, Pichona Sujatovich, Susana Bonora and Marta Vera. He also participated in the renowned International Music Encounters of Curitiba, Brazil, where he studied improvisation with Richard Grayson and classical piano with Klaus Hellwig. His education was further enriched through studies in composition, orchestral conducting, choral conducting and chamber music with leading Argentine and international musicians.

His artistic career has taken him to stages across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Russia and Uruguay. In recent years, he has performed as a guest pianist in projects led by Argentine composer and conductor Nico Sorín, appearing in major theaters and festivals throughout the region.

As a creator, Sanguinetti pursues a personal artistic vision that bridges tradition and innovation. His music is shaped by lyrical melody, subtle improvisation, silence and a deep sense of listening. His work seeks to transform the concert experience into a space for introspection, presence and emotional resonance.

Among his most notable projects are Revelaciones, a series of piano compositions inspired by the messages to the Seven Churches in the Book of Revelation; CITE Tango Trio, an ensemble that reimagines tango through a contemporary lens shaped by jazz and improvisation; and SanGandi, a duo with bansuri player Félix Andina that explores the dialogue between piano and Indian bamboo flute within a space of silence, contemplation and spiritual resonance.

He is also the founder and director of the Escuela Creativa de Música, an institution dedicated to music education, artistic development and interdisciplinary experimentation. Alongside his artistic work, he investigates new forms of musical creation through artificial intelligence, interactive improvisation systems and emerging music technologies.

Sanguinetti is currently developing new solo piano projects, meditative music and immersive performances that combine improvisation, composition, acoustic exploration and contemporary sound design.
